Ordering Photographs
TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

First of all locate the photographs you want to order and make a note of the image numbers you want to order. To do this, go to the Photos Page where you will find instructions for locating your event. Prices can be found on the Products Page



New: Electronic Ordering. Secure on-line payment by PayPal or Credit Card

You now have two options for placing your order

Ordering and paying over the internet.

  • Go to the on-line order form ~ click here
  • Complete your order form.
  • Fields marked with (R) must be filled in.
  • Don’t forget to add postage
  • Make a note of the total amount of your order including postage
  • Click the submit button.
  • This will take you to the payments page, where you will find further instructions

October 2009 ~ a message from Bob's webmaster

Some customers have reported a problem with the PayPal button on the payments page.
There were issues with Firefox and Safari about 18 months ago, but these seem to have been resolved.

I have tested the PayPal button in the following browsers:
Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Opera & Safari and they all work (for me)

Your web browser must be configured to accept "cookies" to access most
secure web sites, including PayPal. Click here for advice about cookie settings

Using Internet Explorer, if it doesn't work, you may need to set your options as follows:

          • Go to Tools/Internet Options
          • Click the Privacy tab
          • Drag the slide down to the setting 'Medium High'
          • Click 'Apply' and then 'OK'

If you continue to have problems, please email me with precise details of your operating system
the browser you use, and the point at which you had a problem, and I will try to help you.

Please note that we cannot process your order until payment has been received

    Because of the large number of photographs we offer for each event, it is impracticable to use the ‘Shopping Cart’ system of ordering. Many similar websites that offer such facilities do so by sending the order direct to an on-line automatic printing facility. At Bob Turner Photography, all your orders are hand printed

.Just at the moment you can only order prints by this method. We will shortly expand the on-line ordering so that you can order CDs, greetings cards etc.
Payment by cheque

    Please print out a copy of the Order Form , fill it in and send it with your payment*.

    There is room on the form to order three photographs of any one size. If you want to order more than three, please fill in another form. Just put your name in the appropriate box and staple the sheets together.
The order form lists our standard range of products. However, photographs can be printed to any size up to A3 and can be mounted, or mounted and framed. Contact us for prices for your specific requirements.

All photographs remain the copyright of Bob Turner Photography. Any reproduction of images without permission will be considered a breach of copyright and unlawful.

All orders will be posted within 30 days of receipt of payment. Most orders are completed and posted within 10 days of payment.

Proof of posting is obtained for all photographs. If your photographs do not arrive within 5 weeks of payment or arrive in a damaged condition please contact us and we will take this up with the Post Office.

We will replace photographs damaged in the post if you return these to us.

We aim to provide a high quality professional product and service. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your images please contact us and we will do our best to rectify this.
